I began to receive Craniosacral therapy as a part of my personal healing journey several years ago. As I saw the benefits, I knew it was a modality I wanted to learn more about. Having been a physician assistant for over 20 years, I have a deep understanding of the human body and experience that I bring to my practice. I look forward to continuing to deepen my knowledge in Craniosacral therapy and Visceral manipulation and allowing these modalities to improve the lives of my clients through their healing benefits. Every session is different. But each will be focused on bringing you closer to your highest and best self through deep rest, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation.
